The store was the only one in the area that sold TV beds. There was a choice of TV beds. The TV came as a package with the bed. The bed was on offer with a £200 discount. The shop was spotless, lovely and large and the staff were very friendly to each other. The sales person was welcoming, very knowledgable about the equipment and very courteous. He gave us options and time to consider. He was attentive without being pushy. We didn't buy the bed on the 1st visit, as we needed time to think. We went into the shop on the Thursday and we advised the sales person that we would return on the following Monday. When we returned the sales person remembered us.

the process was very simple and quick and was well looked after although after getting home and relising iv been charged a delivery fee for my bed when it had free delivery online was a bit dissapoiunting

We often are not keen on shopping in 'showroom conditions' and in recent years have favoured online shopping experiences where there is no interaction from pushy sales people making unnecessary comments and suggestions in an attempt to win the sale. Bev was down to earth, and listened to what specific requirements we had, and not what she wanted to sell to us. The whole atmosphere in store felt just right, not overpowering or desperate for a sale. Her comments on the products were factual and helpful and didn't patronise us as customers who maybe weren't sure of some of the differences in the beds on offer. Very good with our children and made us feel welcome without suffocating us. They read our stance as serious customers perfectly. Well done guys. :-)

I have multiple sclerosis and some mobility problems. The lady who served me could not have been more helpful and patient. I felt that I was really being treated as an individual and not just another customer.

Bev was fantastic - she spent time understanding our needs and was very patient with us. She realised that we wanted the best quality matress we could afford but didn't want to spend as much on a frame. She got us the best possible deal she could do
