Dreams - Mansfield

The young girl called Laura that served us was most courteous and professional, very friendly yet not to familiar. Her knowledge on everything we asked was excellent. I had bought my 84 year old motherinlaw to purchase a new mattress. Laura showed nothing but kindness and helpfulness to us both Showing so much consideration to my motherinlaw, she is a credit to your company and also a credit to herself. I must say all the staff were lovely. Many thanks for a lovely experience in your store

Unfortunately I don't know the assistant's name but it was midday on Tuesday 19/4 in Mansfield store. She was attentive, knowledgeable without over killing sales pitch.

As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted with smiles from both ladies, Bev asked if she could help. Bev listened to what I wanted how much my budget was and was able to help me straight away. Very pleased as most shops now your lucky to get even noticed.

Salesman Rav was very attentive and knowledgeable about products. Not pushy at all and gave us space and thinking time. Resulted in us buying instead of going away to discuss and consider. Well done Rav!

Went into the Mansfield store looking for ottoman bedframes without a mattress.I know there is a limited supply of this type but Bev.found me the right bed and colour to match my furniture. Great service and even a coffee

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There were lots of bed ranges to try and correctly labelled to comfortness level. Didn't feel rushed or pressured, had a good lay down on bed and rolled around to test comfort.

Our assistant took our brief from comfort, how we slept, what budget we had and met/exceeded our expectations and her knowledge on the products was great I think her name was Claire.
