We were served by Shaun who was very attentive and knowledgeable about mattresses. He listened to our needs to select mattresses he thought we would like. The hot chocolate whilst we were waiting and sleep machine also made it a much more pleasurable visit.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful! We were helped by one gentleman who encouraged us to look around first and prompt him if we needed any help. When we asked for help with choosing the right mattress, the staff member thoroughly went through our choices and listened to our wants and needs and showed us specific mattresses is accordance. He also encouraged us to go on the sleep master so he could understand specifically what would suit us best.

The staff were very helpful not pushy, allowed us to take our time and were happy to show alternatives and explain options.

The sales assistant Taku did his very best to help us find what we were looking for, he checked all the delivery times and availability of a number of different items we were interested in and was very patient while we kept changing our minds as to what we wanted. In the end he helped us decide by showing us different divans and mattresses that would be suitable for us. He was very professional & friendly at the same time, he made us feel that our custom was valued.
