Dreams - Gloucester

As soon as we walked in and noticed what we were interested in, the sales rep came over and told us about the current offers and let us process and walk around until we were ready to discuss more options. Friendly staff and willing to stay later than opening times. Was a bit gutted that the bed tables with usb options that match the bed were sold next door in bensons for beds as I would of wanted to get those as well but overall I can’t fault the service or knowledge of products.

Usually in this kind of retail environment you’re worried there will be a certain pressure or persistence with the customer service you experience. This wasn’t at all the case today with James, he let us know as soon as we entered the store that he’d let us have a look around and if we needed anything he’d be there to chat. He showed us the sleepmatch machine which was a cool experience and then used his obviously well learned product knowledge to help us to find the perfect mattress to fit our needs whilst also suiting our price range. Overall a great experience with a lovely guy.

I was very impressed with the service I recieved at Dreams Gloucester. We were looked after by Shaun. As soon as we entered he greeted us with a lovely smile and asked whether we needed any help. It felt genuine and unsalesy. Shaun allowed us to look at the beds without feeling pressured to buy any. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best bed for us. I honestly think it was one of the best sales experience I have had. I didn't feel rush or pressured. I originally only went into look at beds and we left with a new bed. I think that shows how good the customer service was. The whole process was easy and without pain. All the colleagues in the store were very friendly and there was a great atmosphere. I would certainly recommend the Dreams Gloucester store. It was also fab to try the Dreams machine. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

The assistant (James) is a credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to rule out unsuitable as well as most suitable options. The sleep analysis machine helped to confirm our preferred choice

Shaun the salesperson was very polite, helpful and courteous, he also was very understanding of mrs Griffiths multiple sclerosis disability. He even turned up the heating in the store to make us feel comfortable and made us a hot drink. Shaun offered us a guarantee and helped us choose the correct mattress cover and kindly gave us a Duck Down pillow to take home. All in all we were very happy with our purchase and experience even though the cost was somewhat more higher than we expected. Many thanks.

We have bought from Dreams in the past and always visit the same shop, althought we have not visited for ?6years ,the manager instantly recognised us ,and gave us his personal attention.
