Dreams - Gloucester

We didnt expect to find a mattress so quickly, we thought that we would have a look around this store and then benson for beds which is right next door. But James gave us such good customer service that we found a mattress incredibly quickly and we are very happy with the product and the customer service we received!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was offered coffee while I was looking around. The bed I originally wanted wasn’t in the store but they offered to order it for me. Same with the mattress. I was looking for a bed for my spare room so didn’t want to pay too much but I was made to feel as though my order was just as important as if I was ordering something a lot more expensive
