James looked after us from the very first moment we entered the store. He listened to what we wanted and then we did the Sleep Match system which James fully explained. We then tried the suitable matches for us along with pillows which met out individual needs. James gave us time to ask questions but also allowed us space and time to talk and try the mattresses for as long as it took us to be happy with our decision. James was friendly and professional throughout. We purchased both pillows and mattress In the end. James made the whole experience easy throughout. Thank you.

We like to browse first without being pestered by sales persons. When we thought we needed help we asked for it and got attention straight away. We were dealt with by Shaun at the Gloucester store. Shaun was there to give the best possible advice, he was not a pushy salesman. He went through all the options, made sure I had the information I needed & then left me to make my own choices - bed comfort is a very personal thing. Im very happy with the choices I made and that was all down to Shauns help.
