Jordan was fantastic at the Gloucester store and couldn't have made us happier about our purchase.

Because of the way of the customer survice was, warm welcome with a cup of hot drink offered to. Really friendly and very helpful and would recommend anyone to go try the sleep match machine.

We found the assistance we received from Louise exceptionally helpful. We really didn't know which mattress would be suitable she talked us through the different matresses available and suggested some she felt would be suitable but there was no pressure to purchase a higher priced matress she advised us it was what we found comfortable.

We used your mattress matching system which creates a little back log but it wasn’t a problem on the day. Our sales person Shaun was highly knowledgeable, professional and had a very good manner. Plenty of products to choose from and an excellent sale.
