Friendly staff very helpful no hard sell

Friendly, knowledgeable assistant. Available but not at all pushy. Able to take our time.

In the store James was very helpful with his time and advice about what we needed to buy at this time.As he was the only person in the store at that time he was adept at giving another couple time and support while at the same time processing our order.

Shaun was extremely knowledgable and very careful to ensure that we made the right decision for our particular needs Staff were all very friendly and showed experience and knowledge when discussing bed bases and mattresses

Louise took her time with me, ran through the sleep selector bed, and ran through my options of mattress. I found she had a great product knowledge, and I was able to purchase the mattress I wanted.

We were delighted with how we were helped by Louise in choosing just what we were hoping to find!! She was so patient and very knowledgeable. The store is well laid out and our free Coffee was delicious. Louise was so professional and we are very grateful for the excellent service provided in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere as the other member of staff was very courteous and pleasant when we chatted as we left the store.
