Initially, we were given time to explore and try to find what we needed. A member of staff assisted us after we’d had a brief look around and directed us to the machine that helps identify the most suitable mattress type. He explained and guided us through the different options and talked us through the process. He was highly knowledgeable, telling us about each mattress, but also recommended/pointed us in the direction of mattresses that took our needs into account.

The assistant Louise was helpful, considerate and not pushy in any way . Listened to my needs / thoughts .

We were served by Jordon who had a very good product knowledge, was very helpful and easy to get on with, he put us under no pressure to purchase but we did because we were happy with the way Jordon understood our needs and gave us time to consider our purchase. I felt the cost of the mattress was a little high but at the end of the day If I get a good nights sleep it will be money well spent.

I purchased 2 mattresses on 2 separate occasions, during the same week, on purchasing the double I had assistance from James who was very patient and knowledgable. On my second purchase with the king size with Shaun. I was very happy with both purchases and assistance I received.
