Dreams - Gloucester

It was what we wanted, at a good price, delivery before Christmas was needed and service was good.

We actually spent 21/2 hours with Alan at the Gloucester branch before committing to purchasing our very expensive adjustable bed and Tempur mattress Alan's knowledge and understanding was exemplary, even his coffee was ok My wife and I were highly satisfied with the sale but was so disappointed having to wait 12 weeks for delivery, we were hoping to have our bed for Xmas break to spend a week's holiday relaxing but nevertheless we can't wait till our slot

From the moment we stepped in the store, Shaun greeted us and made us feel very welcome. This continued through the whole experience. Shaun gave us time to explore ourselves but provided great, detailed knowledge of all products and clearly had our best interests at heart. He wasn’t pushy, but quite the opposite. He wanted to get the best for us & was a delightful person.

Shaun the assistant who helped me was friendly knowledgeable and very patient and helpful. I knew I wanted a bed frame but wasn’t 100% sure what style I wanted so Shaun was helpful and explained the different products

Alan was a very helpful and kind salesman. He helped us find the best mattress for us, giving us lots of useful advice and guiding us to the best prices and deals. He was easy to talk to and made the whole experience incredibly simple and enjoyable. We walked away incredibly happy with our purchase and more than happy with our customer service.

The girl that assisted us was really helpful and guided us through the decision, taking into account our preferences and also suggesting what could be beneficial for us. The purchase process was quick and the delivery date is sooner than we expected which is perfect.

James was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and understood our needs. I would definitely ask for him on my next visit
