The sale assistant James who helped was very helpful and although the mattress I wanted was not available he showed me one that was of the same standard

Although we already had in mind what we were looking for both the manager of the Gloucester store and our assistant Alan were extremely helpful and knowledgable. We also had time to think and make our decision without feeling pressured, the coffee was excellent and we welcomed the chance to relax whilst Alan processed our order. All in all a job well done, looking forward to taking delivery.

James dealt with my purchase excellently, no pressure sales which is important to me, wa mindful of my budget and gave me the best advice and allowed me time to think about things did not rush me for a sale. He was excellent!
