The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and made his presence known without being in our faces and pushy.

James was neither too pushy nor too unavailable

James was very helpful but wasn’t on our case, we arrived with the view of looking round Dreams and then likely Bensons for beds next door however James was able to do the sleep assessment then show us which were listed as compatible we were sold by the third as the second was perfect. He took all the faff out of it so in under thirty minutes we were all sorted which suits us exactly!! We were dreading having to lie on potentially 50 beds or so to try and make a decision! James definitely made all the difference!

Jordan was incredibly helpful with us and took his time while we chose two beds and mattresses. He stuck within our budget and didn't try to sell us more expensive items than we wanted. I felt listened to and respected and not subject to the usual 'sell sell sell' attitude that you find in some shops

The lady was very helpful and accommodating during my visit she offered refreshments and had a great knowledge of the products as well as the dreams promises.

The store was welcoming and it was amazing to see so many beds, all laid out and priced up. It was very useful to have our needs identified sleep match, which helped quite a bit in choosing a new mattress. The help from Jordon who served us made the purchase easier with his knowledge and assistance.
