The staff member who sold us the product (Shaun, store manager) was very knowledgable and friendly and gave us a detailed breakdown of what mattresses would be most suitable for us.

Louise who served us was lovely very knowledgable,and professional the store was very busy on our visit but she acknowledge us when we arrived and came over to help us in between looking after other customers. The order was placed very quickly and she again apologised for our wait we will be returning to purchase our next bed.

Shaun, who served us, gave us advice on what we were looking for, pointed us where to look in store, gave us time to browse and gave fantastic support throughout the whole purchasing experience. One of the best in shop customer service I have ever received.

An overall very good experience. Very polite salesman. Didn't immediately leap to help when I arrived in store. Given plenty of time with no pressure to decide what I wanted. Delivery team very prompt, helpful and friendly
