Dreams - Gloucester

The chap who served us Jason I think his name was went out of his way to help, this wasn’t a standard order so he showed us what was available to make it work for us, very knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble

Taku was very helpful and knowledgeable on our two visits to the Gloucester store.

Alan is very knowledgeable and spent time with us to find the right mattress.

Really friendly, experienced staff (Alan). He listened and made us feel comfortable. Explained things and answered our questions. Was interested in us but not at all pushy. Left us on our own when we chatted together then came straight back when we had finished chatting and looking at different mattress's . He was very calm, made us a hot drink, showed us what he was doing on the computer. It was really a very good shopping experience.

The guys and girls in the Gloucester store we ABOVE and beyond helpful. I had lots of questions and different ideas of what I wanted and they worked with me whilst providing me with lots of information about all of the products. The store manager was extremely polite and friendly as were the staff - my purchase consisted of 2 visits and on both occasions I was greeted and helped every step of the way. Fantastic service and made my day so the staff in the Gloucester store THANK YOU 👍🏼

James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was there in the background if we needed help but didn't put any sales pressure on us. If that had happened we would have left the store. James is a credit to Dreams.

The all experience was stress free no hard pushing sale and everything was simple and easy.

Easy access to store with parking outside. Friendly staff. Alan who served was both welcoming and new the products well. Plenty of products on show. Left quite satisfied that I had made the correct products for my needs. Thank you.
