Alan at Gloucester peel centre was extremely helpful and was able to find a bed and mattress that suited our needs. Even stayed past closing so we could complete our order

Shaun was extremely helpful and patient in helping me work out what matress I was going to buy as I didn't know. He first suggested trying out the new sleep test machine to narrow down my options and then showed and described the suggested options to me in great detail. He didn't try and push the expensive options on me either which I appreciated. An overall fantastic experience.

I had popped into the store the day before to get some idea about mattresses for a child. Alan was extremely helpful and I said I would give it some thought. Anyway after reading such fantastic reviews from other customers I decided there was no need to go anywhere else . I returned to purchase the mattress recommended. My daughter came with me and Alan gave her lots of very useful advice as she also needs a new mattress. She lives in London but has said she will order via the Gloucester store as Alan should get the commission for all his help.
