Shaun was very professional, he knew ALOT about the products and spent time asking us how we slept, what we were looking for and included scientific explanations behind sleeping patterns etc. He was very friendly and ensured we were happy with everything, providing us the use of the dreams sleep analyser to ensure we understood the differences between our preferred mattresses. He showed us all the available mattresses and explained the differences between them. He made sure that we had time alone to think and talk about our options price and material-wise. He provided complimentary drinks and didn't pressurised us at all. Shaun also mentioned about reduced mattresses and even bought one out from the back warehouse for us to try! He was extremely friendly and made the whole process very easy to understand, making us feel like the only customers in the store. Before we entered the store, we thought we would be pounced upon but it was the complete opposite, making our first time buying a brand new bed an enjoyable experience. Brilliant customer service, would highly recommend dreams and Shaun's customer service!

Served by Paul a knowledgeable relaxed helpful person, felt at ease with him and not pressurised as an example he thanked us for a pleasurable sale, offered coffee to ourselves and juice to the little one. Top guy.

Really happy with the service I received. Visited the store twice once for selection and to browse what products were best for us and second to make a purchase (only had to come back due to money being available at a later date). Spoke with Alan who was extremely helpful, showed us a device to help decide the right mattress for us. He explained clearly the different options for the bed frame we wanted and any extras trust we may need, which was very convincing as we did buy extras. He was very welcoming and friendly and made it an easy experience for me and my partner. He had a brilliant product knowledge and very kindly explained all the charges and the delivery process. We had gone to a couple of other companies and they didn’t have a patch on the service we received which made us return. If this could get back to Alan personally I would really appreciate it as too many people are quick to complain as not enough compliment, which I understand working in retail. Thank you very much Alan and will definitely be returning if needed and recommending to others.

Shaun’s support in store was excellent. We also went next door to Bensons to compare costs and they couldn’t match the price despite the product we chose being covered by there 20% off sale and not in the Dreams sale. Also, standard of service at Bensons was much lower than Shaun’s.

Louise assisted us with our purchase of a new kingsize bed. She had very good product knowledge and was very helpful.
