As soon as I walked in, Michelle was on hand to help. I purchased a dreams mattress in the past and was due an upgrade! I was satisfied with the one I already had so was looking for the same. She advised that dreams no longer stock the fusion mattresses but the one she shown me was the replica/next best thing. She then gave us all the details about it while advising on a different mattress also. Advising costs, comfortability etc. She then left us so we could decide what we would like to do. She was not pushy, very helpful, informative and friendly. Offered us drinks while we waited for the order to go through and was a very good member of the dreams team.

The store was not busy so we felt able to try beds easily. Jay was the perfect salesman, not too pushy but there to give us advice. He didn't rush us, encouraged us to take our time. He made the process almost fun. He was respectful of our size difference.
