A cheerful welcome . Time allowed for us to look at the products without being presurised. Quick and efficient ordering . A very affable and knowledgeable assistant helped with our purchase. An excellent price for the bed we wanted.

We were able to find the products we wanted very easily and for those we were a little unsure about, we were given fantastic service by your representative Shaun in the Gloucester store. Shaun made us feel very relaxed and reassured in his product knowledge....plus he gave us a great cup of coffee each (me and my wife)!!!

Great service from Sophie. She listened to our needs and then showed us a range of mattresses to try out and helped us pick the right one for us.

We were in a rush and we were dealt with quickly with all questions answered. We would have liked a discount but ordered anyway as we wanted the product. I don't like that there is always an offer and just a chance that it's on what you want. We weren't able to wait for an offer. That put me off but didn't stop me buying the child bed which is needed now!!
