Alan was superb. Very knowledgeable, gave great advice yet still allowed me to make the decision. Smooth process, quick transaction. Cannot fault him or dreams service on the day of purchase.

We were very well served by Sophie who was new to the store but appeared to know her products. She was also very good at leaving us to select that which we wanted but full of information when asked.

Friendly staff who were very sociable, the member of staff wasn't over helpful, he allowed us time to ponder but was nearby in case we wanted him. He was clearly advising us based on what we wanted rather than what he wanted to sell us.

Shaun, the Store Manager was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Due to this we did not even consider going to Benson's next door.

Great help and support on choosing the right bed and mattress for us. Straight forward sensible answers to questions (not blinded by facts and figures). A great experience.

Great customer service, time taken to discuss and explain our needs. Also left to try out beds but also shown good alternatives based on our needs. Sales not too pushy but still helped us get everything that we wanted.

We explained what we wanted and he showed us the best way for us to choose our bed, even when he was interrupted by a very rude customer whilst still helping us he was professional. he showed also only showed us what we had budgeted for. Lovely salesman - very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy.

The sales advisor was highly informative, occasionally dropping in the odd joke which really made him approachable. He completely understood our requirements, offering us countless solutions to meet the specification we gave him. I personally don’t like being bothered while I shop, this salesman allowed us to browse and was approachable when we had countless questions for him. Finally when we had chosen he sorted us out in no time at all and we were leaving shortly after, highly satisfied!

An exceptional customer experience delivered by Jay (Jason) from the Gloucestershire branch of Dreams. On entry to the store he warmly greeted both my wife and I offering an opportunity to explore the store and be available for questions if we wished. On recognising we were serious prospective purchases Jay deftly and simply explained the layout of the store offering helpful options and starting points to make the shopping experience enhjoyable and relaxing. This continued throughout our bed selection process (some two hours!) with helpful hints and discussion as to how to proceed when we appeared a tad lost. His technical knowledge was exemplary and happily balanced with a real life, relaxed outlook on the process. A ‘time out’ with a cup of coffee, again supplied by Jay made our choice that much easier. Payment and paperwork also deftly dealt with. Thank you Jay!
