Dreams - Gloucester

My wife and I visited the Gloucester branch on the 23rd of January. We were greeted by Shaun who made us feel very welcome and showed us around all of the options. He and one of his staff even moved mattresses from one bed frame to another so we could better understand if it was right for us. We were highly impressed.

Store had the size of bed we required, the salesman Alan was very helpful and the hospitality was first class.

I was slightly apprehensive of shopping for a new mattress. The combination of having no idea what I was looking for, and the idea of lying on beds in front of strangers (for some reason) daunted me! However, your Dreams colleague MICHELLE, broke through all my concerns! With her friendly, approachable manner, I felt far more comfortable negotiating my way round the products on offer, and with her enthusiastic 'give it a go' mentality, I was no longer embarrassed by the thought of 'jumping' onto a bed to try it out! Her knowledge of your products gave me confidence to choose the right mattress, and enjoy the process of doing so! Michelle listened to my preferences and needs, and was able to indicate a selection of mattresses that suited my requirements at both ends of my budget scale (impressive!) Thank you Michelle for making my shopping experience at Dreams a delight!

Alan was extremely helpful in the shop and gave excellent advise on what mattress would be suitable. He was very friendly and accommodating.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member when we walked into the store. Jay was knowledgable and helped us try-out various mattresses and pillows. At no point did we feel hassled or pressured but were given time to look ourselves. Once we found a mattress, purchasing was simple and Jay was very informative. The will even take my old mattress away. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.

The employee who dealt with us was extremely pleasant. He was very well informed about the product. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the advice was what was best for us, not the most expensive. Competence shown throughout the sale process.

I went to a few different companies to look for beds and I went back and purchased from dreams as the staff seemed the most professional and the layout of the store was nice and easy and explained to me.

Alan took his time to understand what we wanted and did not pester us but was there when we had a question. His knowledge and experience showed in spades. Well done an asset to your company. If only every buying experience was half as good.
