Was helped by a lovely man named Shaun at Gloucester who allowed my 9 year old son to try all the beds, asked us questions about how he slept to ensure we had suitable supportive pillows to meet his needs and ensured we were given adequate time to look at mattresses properly. Came away with everything we needed and very happy. Friendly, helpful service.

I told Sean what I wanted price & specification wise, he directed us to a suitable product without being pushy over selling or rude. He was all the opposite, a gent not a ruthless salesman.

The gentleman who served us (Shaun) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us advise on the beds then left us with colour swatches and details on choice of headboards so my daughter didn't feel under any pressure to make a decision.
