Very knowledgeable assistant gave us all the options of how the mattress was made and why they were different - also gave us plenty of time on our own to discuss and make up our mind.

The store assistant gave us all the information we needed for selecting the right mattress for a toddler. The information he gave really helped to make our decision

Despite the store being busy Alan sat us down, served us coffee and completely focused on our needs and requirements. He displayed a great knowledge of the products in which our interest lay and took great care to explain everything in great detail and in terms we understood. Our initial objective was to simply talk about a bed but such was our satisfaction that we purchased it there and then and also a headboard, pillows, mattress and protector.

There was no pressure to buy anything and all options to fit our requirements were shown us and we were allowed to test them. We spent the whole morning at the store. Tea and coffee was provided. Every assistance was given to us by Alan the salesman

Michelle was excellent and showed great product knowledge which helped me choose the best product for moving into my first home. I'm very excited about my new bed and can't wait for it to arrive.

We were attended by Jay within a few minutes of being in the store, he was very helpful but not pushy in any way and gave us help and explained the difference between the types of mattress’s.. He guided us in the right direction but also gave us time to discuss amongst ourselves... Jay was very informative and extremely helpful

Very simple to answer on our three visits to decide on a bed and mattress over the past few months the customer service was impeccable, friendly, knowledgable, yet most importantly not pushy staff make it a great shopping experience

The shop assistant "Alan" was very helpful and informative of the products and advised us on purchases where we were unsure. Highly satisfied with his help during the purchase and the speed that the purchase was sorted.

The first visit to store as Cheltenham store has closed, we called in advance to ensure this store stocked what we were after. We were well pleased with the visit and Jay was super helpful, friendly and pleasant. Please ensure you pass on our gratitude as he was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy which we really appreciated as we had originally planned to go to Bristol and visit a competitor, because of the service we received we made the purchase there and then.
