I placed my order on my second visit to Dreams. At my first visit a gentleman explained all the different qualities of mattresses and gave very useful information.Although I didn't purchase a mattress on that occasion , I decided I would buy from Dreams

Alan was brilliant in every way and we'd like to thank him and commend him greatly. we took a long time to choose our mattress as we both have back problems. alan had an excellent interpersonal approach: never invasive, always patient, knowledgeable, funny, helpful, thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after.

Bought a bed from The Peel Centre depot in Gloucester. Found Michelle to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Very thorough in everything she did. A credit to Dreams.

The staff were helpful and friendly but didn’t hang over you like we have experienced in other bed stores. They didn’t bombard us with information but explained what we needed to know.

The assistant was helpful but not pushy. Friendly but not over the top. Although we only bought the mattress and not the bed this was purely because we saw one we preferred in another store, their customer service wasn't a patch on yours but the product was what we wanted.
