Store manager Shaun was excellent and we felt well advised & well looked after.

As a bad back sufferer I was looking for a new mattress to help my restless nights- at dreams there was no hard sell but enough help from Jay to make the experience of buying a mattress less stressful

We were greeted when we got into the store but there was no pressure at all which we very much liked. Shaun couldn’t of been more helpful he talked us through all the options that we had.

Lets just say you have a sales person with the right sort of personality for the job. He gives you all the information and options you need to make your own choice without the slightest pressure. (Not necessary, but he also has a good sense of humour.)
