Jay was extremely knowledgeable and really helped us discover what was right for us. He gave us suggestions/ options to try out and then gave us the space and time to think about them.

The member of staff jay was a brilliant staff member he help us with pillows and the mattress and about the bed we bought

Shaun was extremely helpful and very patient with me. Due to I was so indecisive over which mattress to buy. Shaun explained everything very well all the reviews and where the came from. He was brilliant. I couldn’t ask for a better assistant.

Shaun, and his team were so helpful and found the perfect mattress, bed frame and pillows for us. We felt confident in our purchase and investing more into our bed than we had planned. Shaun was more than happy to stay late to process our finance application. The team were friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in store. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and infact already have!

It was an altogether easy experience. We knew what we wanted and were given time to test the products, so we could decide whether the mattress we bought satisfied our needs.

Shaun was so helpful he is an excellent sales person. We entered the store without enough time to complete our order but he was happy to stay on and ensure our order was completed. He was honest, listened to out needs and his suggestions matched our requests. He was not at all pushy - excellent service - thank you.
