Shaun was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I felt I was given the best advice possible and wasn't rushed. It was explained to me the different options I had and I valued the recommendations given.

On entering the store we were greeted by Shaun who talked us through the options for mattresses to go with our chosen bed. At all times he was friendly, courteous and knowledgable

Alan MacQuillin was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer everyone of our queries. He was very helpful and attentive in helping us to arrive at our final purchases and for a forthcoming future purchase of a Tempur mattress. We have always purchased our beds and mattresses for ourselves and children from Dreams - because of the care and attention and quality of service and items we receive. We will return soon to complete the purchase of the Tempur mattress.

From the moment we walked into the store till the moment we left, we were provided a perfect level of customer service. Jay, our 'Dream's Colleague', welcomed us warmly, provided expert advice on how to choose our bed and then gave us ample time to browse and try the beds. The choice of beds in store was daunting, but with a bit of advice on what should suit our needs Jay managed to spare us trying every single one! Once we had narrowed down our choice to just a couple, Jay returned and helped us make our final decision. At no time did we feel neglected as we browsed, nor pressured into making a purchase, Jay got it just right. The ordering process was straightforward and hassle free, helped along by a cup of freshly ground coffee.

We made an appointment on line and were expected when we arrived. We were assisted by Alan who was very knowledgable and guided us through the choices. We were given time to try each mattress and were very impressed with the selection. Once we chose the mattress, Alan helped us with a few accessories and the order was placed quickly and efficiently. The delivery time will be quick, 9 days and we are very excited about our new mattress that should give us years of a good night sleep.

The staff were extremely helpful all of them, a young man Jacob Patell was really polite and helpful, even took the time to make me a coffee. Hope I have remembered his name right.

We were given very fast excellent customer service and very informative information for our needs.

Alan listened to our requirements and directed us through a variety of different options before allowing us to decide which best suited our needs.
