We entered the store, a salesman introduces himself and offered assistance if required but didn’t harrass us. When we had settled on a bed he made sure we were fully informed of everything available and offered alternatives to try to ensure we got the best out of buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and offered us refreshments while we placed our order. Overall the experience was so easy and we got exactly what we wanted. Really couldn’t have asked for more.

Alan listened to our needs...made suggestions for us to try and then found us products to test that might suit our needs even getting a mattress out of the back to try as wed seen it online

The assistance was really good because the employees explained really well about the bed and all the features and they were polite they gave us time to think about what we wanted to buy also it was very clean over there . The quality was very very excellent and they are very nice with kids over there .

Excellent Customer Service and no hard sell from Shane. I work in Procurement and pride myself in my ability to negotiate but Shane was not swayed by the need for a sale and focused on the quality of the product and the limits of the offer that we purchased the bed against. 1st class experience.

We were looked after by Colin in Gloucester store We needed a bed by the Saturday (We went in on Monday). Colin showed us the clearance beds and mattresses ad understood what we wanted immediately. The whole process took 20 mins and we picked the bed up on th Wednesday.

Didn't go into store expecting to make a purchase today but jay was very helpful and found exactly what we were looking for and spent the time with us explaining each style and mattress types so we didn't feel we needed to shop around any further.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable temperature in the store. Good coffee.

The assistant Jason who works at your Gloucester store was extremely patient and knowledgeable while at the same time quickly made my family feel at easy. There was no pressure to purchase. He was friendly and put us all at ease. We were allowed to spend as much time as necessary to make our final decision and this would not have been an easy process without his help. He is a real asset to your team.
