Dreams - Gloucester

My wife and I have made 2 visits to this store and on both occasions been highly satisfied with the service I received from your staff. On our first visit, we were served by Takudzwa. He was very professional, polite and made us feel welcome to this store. We went on the Dreams bed machine to see what mattress type would best suit us. A simple explanation was given to the best mattress for us which we understood (no jargon used). Dur to time restraints on our behalf, we had to leave but we had a better understanding of the mattress we wanted. We visited a week later. Taku was with another customer but another member of staff, James, helped us with the selection and the mattress we wanted. This was then ordered. James was also very helpful and offered us a coffee or tea whilst we went through the process of buying the mattress. The store is well let, very tidy and staff are very helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone. Prices are excellent compared to other outlets plus having the 20% discount was also a bonus.

James was very helpful and understanding that we had another appointment to go to so dealt with us swiftly. Excellent Past experience with Dreams was maintained and we are confident it will continue to be so.
