Jay clearly understood what were trying to achieve and presented us with a number of options.

On entering the Dreams store we were greeted by a salesman, who introduced himself as Shawn and gave us a pillow each to take with us he invited us to look around the store trying out any mattresses we feel maybe what we are looking for, and he would be with us when we were ready or have any questions, The saleman explained the colour coding of the bed mats and left us to it. When we were ready to talk we made our way towards the sales desk where the same salesman asked what he could do to help. Answering all our questions knowledgably and to our satisfaction the salesman went off to make us to coffees, which i was impressed was served in chine MUGS. not hot cardboard ones, whilst we talked over which mattress we would be interested in purchasing. Whilst going through the purchase of selected mattress, we hit a problem with delivery, due to living in a 300 year old cottage the ceilings are low and whilst the stairs are wide there is a 90 degree turn at the top, which it was explained would not be accessable to the mattress we had chosen, With problem solved with help from the salesman we ended up ordering a mattress with zip in the middle.

Extremely nice helpful salesman very pleasant and well spoken made you feel nothing was too much trouble although the salesroom was very busy at the time.

The salesman was very helpful and informative. He was good mannered and had the ability to explain the benefits of the products he was selling. Without his assistance, we may have bought elsewhere.

James and his dad we're very helpful, friendly and made the experience of trying out the beds very easy. James knowledge was very good and he even gave me a pillow to suit my needs which made the comfy-ness of the mattress' even better.

Shaun (who served us) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time and space to try out different mattress and decide what we wanted.
