Shaun dealt with our enquiry and was extremely helpful gave us a full overview of what was available at our price range and made sure we were aware of all the pros and cons - we did not feel at all pressured to buy and Shaun made us feel he was genuinely interested in us buying the best product for us very impressed

Jay was very knowledgable with the products and was careful to ensure that we brought what we needed (I have neck and spine injuries) rather than what we thought we needed. This ensured that the product was suited to my needs.
