Salesman (Taku) was very attentive, professional & could answer all questions. He obviously knew his stuff &, although he showed us beds outside our price range, he was not pushy and even though we ended up paying more than we intended, we did not feel conned, just pleased with our choice. He made the whole experience pleasurable, considering we hadn’t intended buying at that point. All in all, a win-win situation for all concerned & we will definitely return in future ( as long as we have Taku). Oh, & delivery times were amazing considering other shops had quoted > 2 months & IKEA were completely out of mattresses.

James was fantastic. I visited the Gloucester store as I was in the area and he was very helpful. I then wanted to take my daughter to see the bed and phoned the Cheltenham store to see if they had it on display as that is my nearest store. They said they didn't and that it was not available for viewing nearby and was possibly an Internet only item. So I drove back to Gloucester and saw James again who was brilliant and I placed my order there.

The assistant who helped us, James, was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and engaging. It was a pleasure to be served by him and this made parting with nearly £1800 as painless as possible!

After explaining what our requirements were we were shown exactly the comfortable bed we wanted.

Saleman was knowledgeable and friendly and demonstrated a range of products before we finally made a decision

Initially saw Alan in Gloucester store and he talked us through the sleep motion system. We came back the next day and we’re served by James who was absolutely brilliant. He listened to what we thought we wanted, suggested the sleep match machine and then took us around the store to try the recommendations. He was very respectful of our needing to consider the choices and gave us space to chat telling us he’d be “right over here” if we needed him. He was not pushy at all and very attentive. Sales person was excellent! No hard sale bur fairly obvious that the way the sale is secured is very well rehearsed and scripted!

Louise was very knowledgeable, not too pushy and gave us different choices.
