Dreams - Gloucester

We think the delivery process and communication by the driver and txt fscility were awsome. We knew exactly what time it was due to arrive which saves having to stay in all dsy like some deliveries. And we had a call from the driver 3/4 of an hour before delivery. Excellent service all round..

James at the Gloucester Branch was very informative, but not pushy and gave us time to talk privately. Found it very fast and efficient.

Shaun was very helpful from the start he did not push any products he let make our own choices But would give advice when required

Despite there only being two members of staff on Sunday, the colleagues greeted us on arrival and asked us what we were looking for. We were able to go ahead and try mattresses out knowing what the colour-coding meant. After 10 minutes one of the colleagues asked if we needed any help and explained where to go if we would like to place an order. The ordering process was very quick and simple and courtesy was demonstrated at all times despite the obvious shortage in staff. We will certainly go back to the store when we require further bedding. The staff we met were definitely a credit to the company. Thank you to Charline for making us feel like our custom was valued.

We visited on the Saturday before we placed the order and James Read helped us with our requirements. He was extremely friendly and knew everything about the products we were wanting to purchase. He even went one step further to suggest pillows for us!!! We then came back the following week to be served by Shaun the store manager who was equally as attentive and helpful. The whole experience I would say was exquisite. You didn't feel for one moment that they were sales people and didn't feel pushed into making a purchase. They were both fantastic and I would have to say this was a great store to go to. I would recommend this store to anyone if they were going to purchase a bed. If I could give them a reward myself I would!! Thank you James and Shaun.
