Dreams - Gloucester

The store had everything I needed including a range of mattresses to choose from at reasonable prices. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Their advice and knowledge was also excellent.

Jason was immediately available and had huge knowledge of the subject. We were encouraged to try various mattress options and under his guidance chose the appropriate one which suited us very well. He was very attentive and explained things very clearly.

We were very undecided about what product to go for, Shaun who served us was very pacient, he explained in great detail each item and then left us to decide, time was not an issue and there was NO HARD SELL which is a bonus. We were extremely pleased with the experience in the store and bought was was right for us, we would definitely return to this store again when the need arrises.

Both members of staff introduced themselves and chatted professionally and helped entretained our young child while we tested some beds. We were shown many different firmness and styles. And explained the differences. All our questions were answered knowledgeable and politely

Although there was only one member of staff on the shop floor, he was quick to call for assistance. We were given plenty of time and help finding the product we were looking for, and even though there were other people waiting, the member of staff who served us didn't rush us. We were encouraged to try different products and given good advice when deciding which product to go for. Everything was explain thoroughly when paying for our goods, and delivery options / dates were handy. The recycling option for our old mattress was also a plus.

Store was extremely busy, however the staff kept us informed and dealt with us as quickly as they could. Polite, apologetic for the wait but efficient

Staff were very welcoming and eager to help. Started by looking at how my daughter lies in bed to help us decide what product(s) to try. Very knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice without trying to push us to buy and without rushing us.

James was very friendly and energetic, would happily come back and deal with him again.

Highly satisfied with the Gloucester store and the great help received by James. He was brilliant at his job and nothing was too much trouble for him. With plenty of high quality beds to choose from he explained the difference between them and fetched different pillows enabling us to feel the full benefits and comfort of each bed. Will definitely be returning should we require a further bed and will be recommending Dreams to family and friends.
