We were given excellent attention by Charline 193, her product knowledge was good, and she quickly understood what our requirements were and was able to quickly find us suitable products for our needs.

Very friendly staff member greeted us on arrival and asked if we needed any help. We explained we just wanted to have a look, however when we had questions he was able to answer them fully and clearly. We were also offered a hit drink which was nice.

we were highly satisfied with the shop managers they were polite. very help full. very easy to talk to.very smart. they done every thing to help us .the experience made us feel very comfortable.we will tell are friends to come to your shop

Shaun wasn't pushy. He ensured we understood exactly what was available to us, didn't push for us to spend more and then left us to make a decision. When we'd chosen, he helped us check we'd made the right decision before sitting us down to process the order. It was really nice to feel like we were customers rather than ££!

Staff were not over bearing. Just allowed us to look around and when we had questions they were readily available to answer plus add useful information to help our decision making. Very helpful and always in the background when required. Coffee was nice as well. It was not an easy decision to make but numerous options were explored and never felt like there was any pressure to rush the decision. Excellent job. Thank you

The customer assistant James was incredibly helpful in finding us a mattress that really suited us. We have come away having ordered an amazingly comfortable mattress that we probably wouldn't have even tried without his help. We are also able to have the mattress delivered in a week which is fantastic

As someone buying a big matress for the first time, and not knowing the difference between different types of matress, we got told all the details of each different kind of matress , what each one was made of and what each matress consisted of

James spoke to me almost immediately and after finishing a task took me over and went through everything but wasn't too wordy or technical. A very pleasant young man. The price was OK as were the delivery arrangement. Pretty painless.
