I managed to find the sort of mattress I was looking for, thanks to Taku, whose expertise made the process of finding what I wanted much easier. In addition to being very knowledgeable, he was incredibly friendly and was one of, if not, the best examples of customer service I have ever seen.

Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or creating a hard sale. Staff happily gave us time to browse without interference and were more than willing to help when asked. They explained everything regarding the products, including the cons of certain styles/types etc for my wants and needs. Staff made sure I, as the customer, had all the details needed regarding products and sales. When I purchased a bed/mattress, I was offered a hot drink which was a nice added extra and the team made sure I was confident in my purchase and had all the relevant information. I was able to sign the documentation needed myself, despite being on the computer, which added to the sense of being in control and aware of my purchase. The sales manager Shaun at the Gloucester store was absolutely brilliant and made what I expected to be a long, arduous slog through beds and mattresses, an easy and enjoyable shopping process!
