The bed we chose was not available in the time frame we wanted. The person who assisted us took time with us to understand what we were looking for and then found the best option for us by speaking to a manager to seek advice and assistance. We ended up with a similar style but the price reduced to a similar price to the one we first chose. We were well happy.
