James was very friendly and was able to quickly point us towards suitable products. He got us to try different ones while pointing us at the best way to try them to replicate the "real-world" sleeping experience.

The service we received from Charline was excellent. We looked around other stores and part of our decision to order from Dreams was because of the friendliness and knowledge of Charline. She made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. It was also her instinctive ability to know when to leave us to chat amongst ourselves and when to return to help us that really stood out. Unfortunately she was not in the store when we returned to place the order but we were assured that she would be given credit for it. James helped us on our return and was equally friendly and helpful.

Michelle was extremely friendly, provided us with sufficient information, listened to what we needed and allowed us to take our time! She was willing to allow us to go next door to allow us to ensure we were happy with the product. She talked to us as if we were human and didn't pressure us into purchasing.

Very friendly staff, gave good advice, but left us to try the mattresses ourselves without following us around. Very good prices, and was impressed with the extended guarantee option. Quick ordering service, and was given the option for a delivery day that suited us. Dreams will be our first choice when we replace our bed frame. Highly recommended

Very easy and staff were understanding of need to take time to make the right decision.

I went into the store with a certain amount of knowledge of what I wanted but was by no means mind made up, Shaun asked if I needed any help and I asked about the Silentnight mattresses and was promptly shown where I needed to go. He was really good about letting me take my time and I was able to try out the various beds without disturbance - Shaun left me to it and said if I needed him I could come over and ask and he would be happy to help. When I did have questions he answered all of them really well. At no point did I feel pressured into anything which can happen so often when browsing in shops, Shaun was a pleasant man to talk to and I felt at ease whilst making my decision. I have come away very satisfied with my resulting purchase.
