Service was excellent and very attentive as soon as we walked into the store without being pushy. Price of goods very pleasing. Cup of Coffee very welcoming . Staff very friendly.

Following a bad experience the previous day in another bed store it was a pleasant experience to be welcomed by James. I suffer from anxiety (he didn't know this) he was patient, friendly, knowledgable, listened to our needs and it was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone honest and open who also makes good coffee. I did not feel pressured in any way to make the purchase and was comfortable throughout. We spent over our budget of £1000 but feel the customer service was so fantastic it was worth every penny! Overall what we thought would be another stressful experience ended up being an enjoyable one. We will be recommending the store to our friends and family and will return in the future! Looking forward to a great nights sleep! Thankyou to James and dreams!

Jay took the time to explain why certain matresses work for different people and the mist expensive doesn't alway equal comfortable. Another think that he brought to our attention was the importance of the right pillow, which has not been explained to us before.

We went to Dreams two weeks ago having never visited a store before. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were shown beds that would suit me. The store was spotlessly clean. After out initial greeting we looked around the store and then went next door to your rival bed supplier. We were not impressed with their beds or customer service. We promptly went back into your store where we were given a quote and told about the VAT exemption if a letter from the G.P. was supplied. Today we went back into the store and placed the order.
