The assistant was very knowledgeable and did not push me into anything I didn’t want. He gave us time to review all the options.

The staff at the showroom were excellent. There was a wide range of mattresses which were clearly explained.

When I arrived to the store a person name Shaun greet me and advice and help me with choosing the right mattress. He has massive knowledge about the product and shown me the right mattress from varied range price. Also no pressure to buy but we end up buying the mattress overall very happy and satisfied.

Service was great, it didn't take long to find the right product and ordering and delivery times were perfect

My partner and I went to dreams looking for a mattress as we are about to move into our first home together. We were met at the door by James who was straight away very friendly and attentive. He offered us good advice and multiple options for what we were looking for. James was so helpful and friendly and this definitely helped make our experience at dreams even more positive! The mattresses were all of an amazing quality, and we were not at all rushed in making our decision over which to go for. James was brilliant at being available when we needed him but also stepping back and allowing us time to discuss our thoughts privately also. When we chose our perfect mattress, James was brilliant at organising and setting up the order and delivery for us. Thank you to James and thank you to dreams for helping make our experience so positive and for helping us to make the right decision for our ideal mattress!

James was fantastic, we popped in store to veiw bed had seen online, the bed was not stocked in store but we were shown an alternative, which James highted features and benifits about the ottoman style we were looking for, (hard base not slated) which made the difference in our decision to purchase. His Matress knowledge was greatly appreciated in helping us make the right choice too.

Taku was the young man who greeted us as soon as we came through the door and without his help I would have not found the mattress I bought. I would have been there for hours just clueless without his guidance . Taku, we found out later, has only been with the company 5 weeks, he was smiley, laughed with us (as it can be awkward lying on mattresses with people watching), but he was very personable and friendly and not pushy, he guided me and I made my own choice for which I am very happy.
