Dreams - Gloucester

We came near closing time (as both my partner and I work) but at no point did we feel rushed. Alan gave us the time and space so that we felt we made the right decision. He knew his stuff and he exuded a confidence that made us feel comfortable we were making the right decision.

We went to Dreams in Gloucestershire and were assisted by James. Can't thank him enough and he even stayed after his shift to get our order finished. He didn't 'pouch' on us as we walked into the store and showed us mattresses that suited our needs across all prices. Once we had picked, he sat us down and offered us a hot drink. Very pleasurable experience

From entry to exit, everything was handled efficiently.

Louise was very friendly and helpful, her along with other colleagues had a warm sense of humour. The simulator helped speed up my search and found me the ideal product.

I visited the store to purchase a new mattress and was helped by James who was brilliant! He was extremely polite and helpful and had good knowledge of the products but at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything. My mum was with me and was so impressed that she also bought a new mattress even though she’d only come along to ‘have a look’.

The assistance was knowledgable and showed us beds to suit our requirements. She was helpful in finding a bed that suit our timeframes by checking the stock. The first bed we like was not in the warehouse, so we ended up with another one.

Louise spent the time to understand my needs and tried various different pillows to check my spine alinement. She didn’t rush me and listened well, showing complete understanding of my needs.

I am completing this questionnaire on behalf of my niece who wanted the bed but has learning difficulties and mental health issues, so as her Auntie and Uncle we attended the store with her to oversee the purchase and ensure she understood what she was getting and being told. The Sales Assistant Alan was extremely helpful, patient and understanding of the issues she is currently experiencing and did his best to explain everything so she could understand whilst showing her the various options available to her.
