Charline, the customer service assistant, let us browse at our own leisure, but was instantly available when advice was required. Our particular interest was the strength and comfort of the various mattresses for sale and the advice she gave on this mater allowed us to make a choice, followed by a purchase. Even though I found the price higher than I expected, Charline was able to assure us that the quality was well worth it in the long term.

This is the 3rd bed and mattress purchased at Dreams and have always been very happy.

I was greeted in a friendly way when I entered the store. I didn't feel pressured which was nice. The salesman was interested in my needs and took time to find out all the information I asked. As I am currently selling my house, I needed to know about delivery to a new address that I haven't moved into yet and also about the appropriate finance option for me. He was new and made sure that he double checked that the advice he gave me was correct. He helped me to find the bed that suited me by making some suggestions based on what I had said, which made me feel like I was listened to. He also explained why the bed was suitable by giving good product information. He encouraged me to use a pillow similar to my usual one at home so that I got a better idea of how the bed felt and to spend time time turning and changing position. He also explained that I could could have 40 nights to try the bed and exchange it if it wasn't right. All together I found the experience relaxed and stress free. All the staff were lovely.

The assistant James was very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. He gave us time on our own to discuss our order. He offered us some lovely pillows to try and also beverages for us and the children. He was very friendly to the children and offered us all lots of options.

Assistance was pitched correctly without too much interference. Products were laid out and available for inspection. It was possible to try out the beds for comfort and suitability without feeling intrusive or getting in anyone's way. All the information we required was available on the display stands. We were not rushed into making a decision nor were we pressured in any way.
