The sales assistant was extremely helpful, without being too pushy. His knowledge of products was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. From entering the store, and being greeted immediately to making my purchase was such a pleasure, a rare occurrence in most shops these days. I am so pleased that a friend recommended Dreams Store.

Shaun was very helpful and spent quite a while chatting to us and discussing various options. He was not intrusive and left us alone for a while so we could carry on trying mattresses and pillows without feeling badgered or pressured.

James was very helpful and didnt push anything on us and gave us what he thought was best for us from what we said and let us try things for our selves and helped narrow our decission down.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Leaving us to make decisions, attending when we needed help.

Store well laid out, expert assistance available. Despite the fact that the store was extreemely busy, the staff member dealing with us kept in touch, whilst keeping all the plates spinning.
