We were very pleased with the attention we recieved even though the store was busy, nothing was to much problem for your staff.

We were very pleased with the options available for beds and we were given lots of help and advice by Shaun who talked us through the different styles of mattresses. We were very impressed with the TV beds and chose a lovely one that had great storage underneath.

We came away happy having ordered the product we wanted. The delivery date was good aswell.

The Dreams assistant Jay showed great knowledge of the products and was extremely helpful.

Very helpful not at all pushed and made us feal very welcome with a hot drink and made sure we had what we were looking for and recommend them yo any one I will never go anywhere else go back there when I need a new bad again many thanks

On entry to the store we were met by Shaun who explained what the different colours meant on the beds he then let us walk about and try out all the beds at no time did we feel pressurised when we chose the bed Shaun took the order gave us the delivery date the whole experience was made even better by Shaun who is an absolute credit to Dreams

The assistant, Shaun, seemed most knowledgable and it was my impression he wanted to sell us the best product for our needs and not the product that made the highest profit.

We didn't really know what mattress to have the store manager explained to us in great detail the difference between the mattresses. We given the opportunity to test them out. We found the staff very welcoming and friendly.

Without exception the staff were very helpful and professional, including Charline, who is a new member of staff. They explained the choice of mattresses but put us under no pressure to buy.
