Michelle was attentive but did leave us alone for browsing the options The foot covers were an encouragement to fully test the beds There was a considerable choice

Jay came over and asked if we needed help. We explained that my husband is having a back op and that we needed a new mattress. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how our needs for a mattress needed to centre around me even though my back is fine. We were completely unaware of how our bodies comfort differed. His knowledge and lack of hard sell made it a pleasure buying g the bed.
