There was no hassles or delay, already knew what we wanted, just a case of getting it.

We had 2 sales assistance and the shop was empty, to enable us to look at our leisure. And try the beds if nessasary.

Michelle was extremely helpful and went out of her way from the moment we entered the store to make sure we were given all the information we needed to make the right decision. Excellent choice of mattresses and an excellent deal on the mattress we purchased.

Shaun was brilliant. He came and introduced himself, promised not to hassle us but explained how the colour coding etc worked, told us he was available when we needed him then left us alone until we did. His knowledge and advice was excellent and he was very good natured. The reason I say I would be unlikely to use this store again is that we are moving to a different part of the country. Otherwise I would, definitely.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, not pushy or aggressive and the store had the item of furniture that we were looking for!

Salesman was very helpful without being too pushy. We were given plenty of advice but also time to look on our own.
