We were disappointed after previously buying a mattress from a catalogue store - obviously we got no advice and bought it from our own judgement which was a bad idea. The result was my wife suffering from a bad back. The dreams sales team (Shaun) was extremely knowledgeable and spent a considerable amount of time in helping us out over 2 visits. This, combined with the 'comfort' exchange policy, means we can literally rest assured that we have made a risk free purchase and offers great overall value for money.

The store Manager Shaun was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all your products. He was very professional in the way he established what type of bed would best suit both our needs and also the correct pillows we should use. He did not rush us and allowed us as much time as we needed to make our decision - even made us a lovely cup of coffee.

We were greeted on entering the store by Jay, who was extremely friendly and helpful but never pushy. He took time to find out what we were looking for and then spent as much time as we needed advising us while we found what we were looking for.

We needed a bed for a relative and only had medium - firm to go on but with help from a salesman we were able to find the right bed at the right price. We had a budget after all. It wasn't the cheapest option as they were beds for occasional use, we needed one for everyday use. We were also pleased to buy a mattress cover at half price and this saved some money. We are highly satisfied with our purchase and this experience means we shall purchase our next bed from Dreams. The salesman was knowledgeable and helped us with our decisions. We hope our relative will be pleased with our purchase. Having the option to change the bed for a month also helped with our option to buy the bed.
