I received good advice, the shop manager clearly knew what he was talking about. Several options were offered, I got the time to try different mattresses.

My partner and I were greeted politely and friendly as we entered the store. We were them able to browse the products available at our own leisure. This helped us feel comfortable and at ease with trying the different mattresses around the store. When we were ready to place our order Mark was available straight away. He was friendly and professional and dealt with our order swiftly. He explained all aspects of the order (including the interest free credit) very well. We are looking forward to the delivery of our order and would definitely return to Dreams again.

The sale assistant recommend not to buy the mattress we were looking at but another one which was a little bit cheaper Also we could take it away with us which was ideal plus we saved the £30 delivery charge, so we left the store feeling happy and that we had saved money.
