Fantastic service given by Louise in store. She was amazing and so helpful

The retail assistant, Luise, was great and very knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy at all and understood our needs well. She is a great assist to the store and I am sure we will be back when we need our next mattress or bed!

A very easy experience, the staff member was very helpful but listened to my ideas and what I wanted without trying to push me in an alternative direction.

I received one-to-one attention from the moment I stepped into the store. The assistant was poilte and friendly and took time to understand my needs. She patiently answered my questions clearly and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

The staff was extremely helpful in every way within half an hour everything we done and completed and we bought the item and little bit more thank you to the salesman as it was very helpful and understanding what we wanted and needed

Fantastic customer service from staff in store. Good social distancing and hygiene measure in place. Our needs were catered to and the right product found for us. Highly recommended.

I WAS GREETED WITHIN A MINUTE OF ENTERING THE STORE BY LOUISE WHO WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT, AFTER A SHORT WAIT TO USE THE SLEEPMATCH MACHINE I WAS ADVISED AS TO WHICH MATTRESS TYPES WOULD BEST SUIT MY NEEDS AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY EFFICIENT.
