Mark was brilliant, he answered all of my questions with great knowledge and explanation. He was very friendly and patient. The comfort exchange guarantee was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase at dreams as I could have ordered online for cheaper. However this guarantee is excellent.

Staff were super. We didn't realise how much mattresses were and we're a bit shocked but after testing them the day before then sleeping on our own I think we will be very happy
