Great and knowledgeable service

Jason at the store in Gloucester was excellent in his sales service, informative he new his products and understood our requirements, but we did not feel pressurised to buy, which made us want to buy from him - I hate pushy sales people

Mark was great. He understood are needs and showed us the best that we could afford. He was friendly and had a great smile. Had a good sense of humour and made it easy to pick what we wanted. Thanks again dreams 10/10 on your service just cant wait for the bed to arrive i cant wait to sleep well.

Sales Assistant, Mark Ellis clearly new his products and market. Gave me confidence in my purchase. Retailer next door did not give me the same confidence even though they had same product at a cheaper price.

Friendly, knowledgeable member of staff (Michelle) who listened to us and suggested options. Fully explained the mattress we finally chose and left us to compare with others in our own time. Was always available to answer any other queries we had. There was no sales pressure - much appreciated.

The salesman name was Jay and was very polite , he was MOST helpful and is a credit to your company . The whole time I was advised and shown various products . He at no time put ANY pressure on myself to buy and is a true credit to your company . I will in the future be back to purchase from your company as and when I or my family require .
